We are a Toronto-based bakery that specializes in giant gorgeous, chunky, over-the-top cookies that we like sharing with our friends. Our ethos is fresh (we always ship the same day the cookies are baked), made with a few simple, real ingredients that you can pronounce, plus, we love the way they make our
The 1867 Collection follows that same belief, but with a bolder twist: we decided to make this luxury cookie box using 100% Canadian-sourced ingredients!
But we couldn't have done it without some pretty incredible Canadians.
In building this collection, we’ve had the joy of connecting with small-batch artisans and producers across the country—from sea salt harvesters on Vancouver Island to wild blueberry growers in the Maritimes. These are the kind of people quietly making magic, often in places most of us have never heard of (I'm looking at you, Richibucto!)
So yes, the cookies are delicious—chunky, loaded, wildly craveable. But what makes this box special is what’s behind them: the ingredients, the care, the stories.
That’s what we’ll be sharing with you over the next few weeks: a closer look at the people and places that helped bring the 1867 Collection to life.
