Our signature doughs are what sets us apart from any other cookies. With our special recipe, we are able to achieve a chunky, delicious cookie that is crisp around the edges but still soft and gooey in the center. We are constantly adding new flavors, but our signature style is unmistakable.

Each dough starts with high quality Ontario butter, creamed with brown and white sugars. We use locally sourced eggs, and Canadian flour, and most of our chocolate in the core collection is from Belgium. (Chocolate from our limited edition 1867 Collection is produced in Canada.)

We do not currently have any gluten-free options at this time. We are always working on new recipes, so please check back with us.

Our chunky cookies are individually packaged within hours of baking to lock in that fresh baked flavour! We recommend eating the cookies within one week of receiving them. If you're planning on enjoying them after a week, we recommend freezing them! They can be stored in the freezer for 3 months.

When you're ready to enjoy your cookies, thaw and then warm them up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and allow to rest for 1 minute before digging in.  

Alternatively you can heat them in the oven/air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Because they’re worth it! Our cookies are thick, chunky, and absolutely loaded—not just with dough, but with premium chocolate, nuts, and mix-ins in every bite. Each one is hand-made in small batches and weighs in at a generous 150g, making them perfect for sharing (if you’re feeling generous).

And while they may seem pricey at first glance, gram for gram, they actually offer better value than many smaller cookies on the market. But more than that, they deliver on taste, texture, and pure indulgence. Because when you’re treating yourself, you deserve a cookie that doesn’t hold back.

At our bakery we process wheat (gluten), dairy (milk), eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. As a result, all of our products may contain trace amounts of these ingredients.

If you or your gift recipient have a severe allergy to any of these ingredients, we do not recommend eating our cookies even if it is not listed as an ingredient.

Unfortunately, we don't currently ship outside of Canada.

This Summer season, we will be at the Courtyard Farmers Market at Robertson's Parkette on Wednesdays from 3pm until we sell out. We do particiate in various events from time-to-time. Please follow us @peacockbakehouse on Instagram to stay abreast of our whereabouts.

Our minimum for bulk cookie orders is 50 cookies.

Each cookie is individually packaged and labelled with the flavour, and we are able to provide customizations on the sticker at an additional cost!

Cookies make an amazing gift for any occasion! A cookie box can be delivered directly to the recipient by entering their information in the delivery information at checkout. 

When putting together your box, you can easily add a gift message as well as ‘to and from’ information!

We bake every order fresh and package each cookie with care — individually heat-sealed to lock in that just-baked goodness.
