Our signature doughs are what sets us apart from any other cookies. With our special recipe, we are able to achieve a chunky, delicious cookie that is crisp around the edges but still soft and gooey in the center. We are constantly adding new flavors, but our signature style is unmistakable.

Each dough starts with high quality Ontario butter, creamed with brown and white sugars. We use locally sourced eggs, and Canadian flour, and most of our chocolate is from Belgium.

We do not currently have any gluten-free options at this time. We are always working on new recipes, so please check back with us.

Our chunky cookies are individually packaged within hours of baking to lock in that fresh baked flavour! We recommend eating the cookies within 2 weeks of receiving them. If you're planning on enjoying them after 2 weeks, we recommend freezing them! They can be stored in the freezer for 3 months.

When you're ready to enjoy your cookies, warm them up in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and allow to rest for 1 minute before digging in.  

Alternatively you can heat them in the oven/air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees.

We suggest reheating your cookies for 20-30 seconds depending on how powerful your microwave is. Allow your cookie to rest for 1 minute before digging in.

At our bakery we process wheat (gluten), dairy (milk), eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. As a result, all of our products may contain trace amounts of these ingredients.

If you or your gift recipient have a severe allergy to any of these ingredients, we do not recommend eating our cookies even if it is not listed as an ingredient.

We are located in Toronto and deliver everywhere in the greater Toronto area, from Burlington to Whitby, the Lake to Newmarket.

Of course! We can accommodate any changes to your order as long as it has not been picked up by the courier yet.

Cancelations can be accommodated as long as they're not within 24 hours of the delivery/ship-out/pick up date.

Our minimum for bulk cookie orders is 50 cookies.

Each cookie is individually packaged and labelled with the flavour, and we are able to provide customizations on the sticker at an additional cost!

Cookies make an amazing gift for any occasion! A cookie box can be delivered directly to the recipient by entering their information in the delivery information at checkout. 

When putting together your box, you can easily add a gift message as well as ‘to and from’ information!

Our entire packaging process is designed around keeping your cookies fresh during the shipping process.

Every cookie is individually sealed for freshness. We use a local courier instead of traditional shipping partners to ensure you receive your cookies on the day it is shipped.

If for some unforeseen reason, your package arrives late, or been damaged during the shipping process please email us at info@peacockbakehouse.com!

Since we do not use Canada Post for our shipping, we unfortunately cannot deliver to a P.O. box.
