Shipping policy

• If you're in the Toronto: Your cookies will be delivered the same afternoon they’re baked — straight from our oven to your door.

• For the rest of Canada: Once baked, your order will be packed in special packaging to preserve freshness then shipped out right away. You can expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location — still soft, still indulgent, still worth the wait.
  

One other quick points as heads-up:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day, which might add a small delay. And in rare cases, if an item is temporarily out of stock, your order may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Options & Rates

We now offer a flat shipping rate of $9 across Canada — no matter the distance. Whether you're a few blocks away or across the country, your cookies will be delivered with care for one simple, predictable price.

For customers in Toronto, we use same-day courier service to get your cookies to you the afternoon they’re baked. For the rest of Canada, we ship via tracked service, and your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after baking.

We made this change to keep things simple — no more distance-based surprises at checkout. Just one rate, nationwide.

Local Pickup

Not just yet — but we're working on it! Right now, we operate as an online-only bakery and don’t have a retail storefront.

We do run occasional pop-ups at our kitchen location. Check-out our social media or sign-up for emails to be notified of those events. 

We know pickup is important to many local customers, and we’re actively exploring ways to make it happen. Stay tuned — we'll share updates as soon as we’re ready to roll it out.

Delivery Restrictions
Yes, a couple to note:

• We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes — a physical address is required so we can ensure your cookies arrive safely and on time.
