Founded in 2024 in Toronto, our journey began as a humble sourdough pop-up, driven by the founder’s desire to maintain the baking skills she learned at the San Francisco Baking Institute. After leaving a career in financial services, she turned her dream of baking into a full-fledged reality, and Peacock Bakehouse was born.

Since our inception, we now offer chunky and luscious cookies as our keystone product. Aside from having the perfect taste and texture balance, our unique flavor combinations have created a following as unique hostess gifts and for corporate events.

As our products have developed, we remain committed to using the finest ingredients—locally sourced whenever possible— as well as delivering the freshest experience so that there's no that there's absolutely no compromise with taste.
