1. Happiness Guarantee

We take pride in making a premium product. If, upon receiving the cookies and trying them, you are not satisfied with the quality of our cookies, please send back the uneaten cookies and we will give you a refund for the price of the cookies. Please note that the cost of delivery is not refundable.

2. Order Issues

  • If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving (or not receiving) your delivery.
  • To help us process your claim quickly, include a photo of the product(s) and a description of the issue.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will either replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a store credit. Replacement orders may take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or store credit.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date. Once orders are in processing or have been shipped, they cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Peacock Bakehouse is not responsible for delays due to delivery courier issues. However, if an order fails to arrive, please reach out, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
