1. Perishable Products
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders unless the product arrives damaged or an error occurred in the order.
2. Order Issues
- If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items, or damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- To help us process your claim quickly, include a photo of the product(s) and a description of the issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will either replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a store credit. Replacement orders may take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or store credit.
4. Cancellations and Changes
- Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date. Once orders are in processing or have been shipped, they cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Delivery Issues
- Peacock Bakehouse is not responsible for delays due to delivery courier issues. However, if an order fails to arrive, please reach out, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
