Shipping
We freshly bake to order and deliver by courier the same day we bake. Currently, our bake days are Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Depending on when we receive your order, it will take 1-4 days to fulfill and deliver your order.
Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are fulfilled on Monday.
Orders received from Monday to Thursday are fulfilled on Friday.
Orders received on Fridays are fulfilled on Saturday
2. Shipping Options & Rates
Currently, we only offer local delivery for the Toronto area. We use a local courier to deliver the cookies the same day they are baked to ensure freshness. Our standard courier rates are based on distance from our baking kitchen, which is near Kingston Road and Warden. Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up option, but do provide free delivery for orders above $75.
- Within 3KM (Beaches, Birchcliffe, Kingston Road Village) - $5
- Within 8 Km (Leslieville, East York) - $8
- Within 30 Km (most of Toronto) - $10
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
3. Local Pickup
Unfortunately, we do not offer a local pick-up option at this time. We do offer free delivery for orders above $75.
4. Delivery Restrictions
Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. For any special delivery requests, please contact us directly.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information to stay updated on your delivery.

Our cookies are baked fresh to order. While we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, please reach out to us immediately if your package encounters any issues during transit.
