1. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it.
Because every box is freshly baked to order, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your cookies before they ship or go out for delivery.
Once baked, your order is sent out the same day. Delivery timing depends on your location:
- Toronto: usually same-day delivery
- GTA (outside Toronto): typically 1–2 days
- Outside the GTA: delivery can take up to 7 days
We’ll always aim to get your cookies out as quickly as possible — but freshness is the priority (because nobody wants cookies that taste like they’ve been on a road trip).
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer Canada-wide flat-rate shipping for $9 regardless of distance or order size. Our state-of-the-art modified atmospheric packaging ensures the cookies stay fresh during transit to the remotest part of Canada.
Local Orders: For orders within the Toronto area, we use a local courier to deliver the cookies the same day they are baked. We bake to order in the morning so you likely will receive them in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up option, but do provide free delivery for orders delivered to nearby areas:
- For areas with postal codes that starts with M1N, place your order using Birch2 and your orders will be delivered free of charge on Tuesdays
- For orders in the Beaches and Kingston Road Village (postal code M4E and M4L), use Beaches to get your orders delivered free on Wednesdays
We hold pop-ups periodically - you can always arrange to pickup any orders during pop-up market days.
Remote Locations: Our $9 flat-rate shipping applies to most Canadian addresses. Some remote or difficult-to-service locations may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge where standard carrier service is unavailable or shipping costs are exceptionally high. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before your order is shipped.
3. Local Pickup
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up option, but do provide free delivery for orders delivered to nearby areas:

4. Delivery Restrictions
Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. For any special delivery requests, please contact us directly. Our carriers require a phone number for communicating to you during delivery time. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information to stay updated on your delivery. Our carrier may text you during delivery time to ensure there's good communication before arrival.
6. Freshness Guarantee
Our cookies are baked fresh to order. While we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, please reach out to us immediately if your package encounters any issues during transit.
