Canada baked into every bite, this limited edition luxury cookie box is a tribute to the farmers, foragers, and craftspeople across the country who make magic from our land — harvesting salt from the Pacific, roasting nuts in Niagara, fermenting cacao into bean-to-bar chocolate in downtown Toronto. We set out to celebrate them the best way we know how: through cookies.

The result? Eight indulgent flavours, each made entirely with Canadian-sourced ingredients. From wild blueberries in the Maritimes to black walnuts from Ontario, every element in this collection has a story — and every cookie is baked to be bold, gooey, and unforgettable.


Every cookie is heat-sealed for freshness and individually placed into its own drawer-style box. All eight are arranged in a custom magnetic-closure gift box, complete with a printed cookie guide for browsing and tasting. The entire collection ships in a protective outer mailer — a premium unboxing experience from start to finish.

  • Dark Chocolate Black Walnut
    Earthy and intense. In the style of our Signature cookie: chunky cookie base is treated to hand-chopped 85% "Darkness" by ChocoSol and rare Niagara black walnuts, which bring a bold, tannic quality that lingers on the palate. Definitely not your average walnut cookie.

  • Oatmeal Cranberry Walnut
    A comfort classic with a local twist. We blend tart cranberries with toasted Niagara-grown walnuts for texture and depth, all wrapped in a brown sugar oatmeal dough that stays chewy long after it cools.

  • Wild Blueberry Grunt
    Inspired by the East Coast dessert of the same name. This vibrant cookie is naturally tinted with wild blueberries from PEI, mixed generously into the dough to create a stunning naturally blue cookie with a juicy, jammy bite.

  • Death by Chocolate
    For the purists. A deep, dark cocoa dough made even richer with chunks of Darkness, the 75% stone-ground dark chocolate made by ChocoSol in Toronto. The finish is complex, fully indulgent, and unapologetically chocolatey.

  • Hazelnut Coffee Crunch
    Crunchy, nostalgic, and deeply Canadian. This cookie features Niagara hazelnuts and chopped Coffee Crisp bars folded into a brown butter dough. No espresso beans, just that unmistakable malted crunch and sweet coffee aroma that Canadians grew up with.

  • Salted Caramel
    A showstopper. This one’s built around a molten centre of liquid salted caramel, swirled into white chocolate chip dough and finished with Vancouver Island sea salt. The edges crisp. The middle melts.

  • Stuffed Housemade ‘Biscoff’
    Our spiced cookie butter is made in-house, then wrapped in dough made with ChocoSol's lighter, fruitier Jaguar chocolate. It’s warm, nutty, and deeply spiced—a tribute to the spicey biscuits but made right here in our Toronto kitchen!

  • Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate – Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in the centre, wrapped in a dough mixed with Canadian-roasted peanuts and chunks of ChocoSol's 75% dark chocolate throughout. Nutty, salty, and just sweet enough.

We bake every order fresh, just for you — no pre-made batches, no shortcuts. Most are ready within 1–2 business days.

  • Greater Toronto Area: Your cookies will be delivered the same afternoon they’re baked — straight from our oven to your door.
  • The Rest of Canada: Once baked, your order is carefully packed to preserve freshness and shipped out right away. You can expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location — still soft, still indulgent, still worth the wait.

A quick heads-up:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day, which might add a small delay. And in rare cases, if an item is temporarily out of stock, your order may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

What is the shelf-life of your cookies?

Our cookies are baked fresh and individually heat-sealed to keep them soft, flavourful, and bakery-fresh for as long as possible.

Once they arrive, we recommend enjoying them within one week for the best texture and taste.

Want to save some for later? They freeze beautifully. Just pop them in an airtight container or freezer bag and they’ll keep for up to 2 months. A few minutes in a warm oven will bring them right back to life.

Since we don’t use preservatives, be sure to store your cookies in a cool, dry place — if they last that long!
