We bake every order fresh, just for you — no pre-made batches, no shortcuts. Most are ready within 1–2 business days.
- Within Toronto: Your cookies will be delivered the same afternoon they’re baked — straight from our oven to your door.
- The Rest of Canada: Once baked, your order is carefully packed to preserve freshness and shipped out right away. You can expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location — still soft, still indulgent, still worth the wait.
A quick heads-up:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day, which might add a small delay. And in rare cases, if an item is temporarily out of stock, your order may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
What is the shelf-life of your cookies?
Our cookies are baked fresh and individually heat-sealed to keep them soft, flavourful, and bakery-fresh for as long as possible.
